Elementary Catholic School Teacher Aide ​/ Yard Supervisor - St. Francis Solano School - Sonoma, CA

Job Title

The Teacher Aide respects Catholic values and aids students in Christian formation by exemplifying Catholic living, both in and out of the classroom. This position assists the assigned teacher in the classroom by providing support in meeting individual student needs and creating the best possible learning environment. The Teacher Aide implements the school's mission and philosophy, follows the policies of the Diocese of Santa Rosa, adheres to requirements in the staff and parent handbooks, and performs tasks set forth by school administration.

This position's primary duty is to work on-site to help establish a faith-filled classroom environment with direction from the classroom teacher. The Teacher Aide reports to the principal. The preferred schedule for this position is Monday - Friday for apx 5.75 hours a day. This position is eligible for paid sick leave, vacation accrual, employer paid life insurance and AD&D insurance, individual 403(b), and 5.5% defined employer contribution 401(a) after 12 months of eligible service.
