What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 support for a student with an IEP in an inclusion classroom setting, day after day so the student always sees a familiar face
- Assist with non-behavioral needs like classroom transitions, restroom, and lunchroom support
- Help the student access grade-level instruction alongside their peers
- Understand, implement, and model positive, student-centered behavior support plans over the full length of the assignment
- Collect and communicate observable behavior data
- Support student safety and regulation during challenging behaviors, modeling a growth mindset for students and staff

Rates and Flexibility
- $180-$195/day, depending on role, the school, and length of request, paid weekly for the full length of your long-term assignment
- Bonus opportunities for high-need and last-minute requests
What You’ll Need
- Background check (Live Scan/fingerprinting); cost reimbursed in your paycheck after your 4th day of work
- TB clearance
- Experience with positive behavior support strategies preferred
