What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 support for a student with an IEP in an inclusion classroom setting, day after day so the student always sees a familiar face
• Assist with non-behavioral needs like classroom transitions, restroom, and lunchroom support
• Help the student access grade-level instruction alongside their peers
• Understand, implement, and model positive, student-centered behavior support plans over the full length of the assignment
• Collect and communicate observable behavior data
• Support student safety and regulation during challenging behaviors, modeling a growth mindset for students and staff

Rates and Flexibility

• $180-$195/day, depending on role, the school, and length of request, paid weekly for the full length of your long-term assignment

What You’ll Need

• Background check (Live Scan/fingerprinting); cost reimbursed in your paycheck after your 4th day of work
• TB clearance
• Experience with positive behavior support strategies preferred
