Founded in 1973, ITT BIW Connector Systems (Home | ITT BIW Connector Systems) is an industry leader in the design and manufacture of highly engineered connector solutions for the Oil & Gas Industry. We operate on a global basis serving customers in North America, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. Our applications include electrical power penetrations for wellheads, packers and pods.

Our products are most commonly used to provide power for electric submersible pumps (ESP) in oil and gas wells, reservoir monitoring instruments and electrical downhole heaters.

The Product Marketing Director will manage all aspects of product marketing. The position will be responsible for all product decisions, marketing strategy, product introduction and aspects of product line management.

• Champion products through the ITT Stage Gate Development Process
• Work actively with Sales to develop opportunities for their product lines
• Develop periodic tactical plans for all product marketing activities
• Be familiar with and analyze competitors in our market segments
• Manage product life cycles including sustaining and obsolescence activities
• Work with Sales team to develop product pricing and discounting policies
• Develop and publish various reports on product sales history
• Forecast sales of new and existing products
• Work with Controller and Operations on product profitability and product line financials
