We’re looking for an experienced, client-focused Senior Universal Banker III to deliver exceptional service, build lasting relationships, and drive results in our Santa Rosa, CA branch. Base pay range
: $51,000.00/yr - $59,000.00/yr
- Provide tailored financial solutions for both personal and business clients.
- Cross-sell a full range of products: checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, and trust/estate accounts.
- Support business clients with Treasury Services (RDC, courier logistics, cash transport).
- Build client loyalty through consistent follow-up and relationship management.
- Engage in community outreach to grow the branch’s presence.
Operations & Compliance
- Open, manage, and service accounts with precision and in compliance with regulations.
- Ensure adherence to BSA, AML, and information security protocols.
- Authorize high-value transactions and monitor reports to reduce risk.
- Maintain accurate documentation and quickly resolve discrepancies.
- Enforce security procedures and detect potential fraud.
- Coach and develop junior bankers to strengthen skills and confidence.
- Partner with the Branch Manager on sales strategies and branch goals.
- Lead by example in resolving complex client issues.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and accountability.
- 3+ years of retail banking experience with strong account management and teller operations skills.
- Proven ability to manage both consumer and business accounts.
- Solid understanding of compliance requirements (BSA, AML, Info Security).
- Demonstrated success in identifying needs and delivering the right solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and banking platforms;
Notary certification a plus.
