Meinberg USA Inc. is a wholly‑owned subsidiary of Meinberg Funkuhren GmbH & Co. KG. Meinberg USA’s main function is a sales channel for USA customers, but we have grown to include hardware & software development, applications engineering, and technical support departments. Meinberg USA was established in January 2020 and has grown substantively since then. The controller will report directly to the CEO and will play a vital role in disciplining our financial processes.

• Day‑to‑day administration of finance functions, including A/P, A/R, cash management
• Supervise public accounting firm, including regular reconciliation and taxes
• Regular P&L analysis and reporting, including detailed cost analysis to guide management decisions and analysis to provide insights into company performance
• Implement budgets, including analyzing variances and recommending corrective actions
• Payroll administration, including commission & bonus calculations
• Manage relations with banks and other financial institutions
• Protect operations by keeping financial information and plans confidential
• Other finance & administrative tasks, as assigned

• BS in accounting, finance, or economics, CPA or MBA preferred
• 5+ years hands‑on accounting & managerial experience
• Demonstrated ability to analyze & present financial data, identify key insights, and provide strategic recommendations
• Proficiency in conducting financial statement analysis, variance analysis, and ratio analysis
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), Quick Books, Concur, and other accounting tools
• Strong business acumen, understands implications of decisions, balances growth objectives and cost control
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Desire to contribute to a growing company and share the work and challenges

• Salary range: $150,000 to $175,000
