Temporary Consumer Lending Loan Coordinator

You are an organized, detail-oriented professional
who is comfortable working in a fast-paced financial services environment. You
enjoy providing exceptional Member service, making outbound calls, tracking
loan documentation, and supporting operational processes from loan approval
through funding.

Location: Santa Rosa, CA | On-Site | Full-Time

This Position Pays: $25–$27 per hour

Assignment Length: Approximately 4 months, through
mid-January

• Make
  outbound calls to Members regarding loan status and documentation needed
  for funding.
• Manage
  and support the loan completion process from approval through funding.
• Follow
  up with Members, dealers, and vendors to obtain required documentation.
• Assist
  Direct and Indirect Lending teams with loan queues, packages, and funding.
• Maintain
  accurate spreadsheet tracking, data entry, and loan records.
• Process
  daily outbound mail and prepare and ship Federal Express checks.
• Help
  ensure loan files are complete and ready for internal and external audit
  requests.
• Review
  daily lending reports and monitor loan pipelines to support timely loan closings.
• Provide
  phone coverage and general administrative and operational support to the Consumer Lending team.
• Research
  and resolve Member questions, concerns, and complaints while protecting the Member experience.
• Maintain
  confidentiality and safeguard sensitive Member financial information.
• Identify
  opportunities to improve lending and processing workflows.

• Experience
  in consumer lending, loan processing, financial services, banking, or a related environment strongly preferred.
• Strong
  Member or customer service skills and comfort making outbound phone calls.
• Excellent
  attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability
  to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong
  data entry and spreadsheet skills.
• Ability
  to handle confidential and sensitive financial information with discretion.
• Familiarity
  with loan processing, funding, and lending operations is highly desirable.
• Experience
  with Symitar or similar banking and lending systems is a plus.
