Reporting to the Chief Physicist, this position provides physics support for Radiation Oncology department. Under the direction of the senior medical physicists, key responsibilities include weekly chart checking, acceptance testing and commissioning of therapy hardware; and calibration and QA of therapy equipment.

Required qualifications:- Master's degree in Medical physics or related major or Ph.
D. in Medical physics or related major. - Coursework/Training:
Specialized training in dosimetric techniques and physics of treatment planning and calibration of Linacs. - National Medical Physics - Therapeutic Certification - American Board of Radiology within 5 years of hire.
- IMRT QA and HDR.
