The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while efficiently managing front desk operations. This role serves as the first and last point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming experience and seamless stay from check‑in to check‑out.

• Greet guests in a warm, professional, and friendly manner
• Process guest check‑ins and check‑outs accurately and efficiently
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
• Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Process payments, post charges, and balance cash drawers
• Maintain accurate guest records in the property management system
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments
• Promote hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Ensure lobby and front desk areas remain clean and organized
• Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and security standards

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel systems preferred
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
