The Role
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager, Hardware Strategy & Operations, to help lead strategic execution across an advanced hardware technology organization.
This high-impact role combines technical program management, leadership operations, portfolio planning, and organizational strategy
. Working closely with senior hardware leadership, you will help drive execution of critical technology initiatives, inform investment and resource-allocation decisions, and establish operating mechanisms that align people, priorities, and technology roadmaps.
The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of technical credibility, operational excellence, business judgment, analytical capability, and cross-functional leadership
. You will play a central role in ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into clear plans, measurable outcomes, and sustained execution.
- Lead program management for critical hardware technology initiatives, establish execution frameworks, managing risks, and driving cross-functional alignment.
- Coordinate closely with R&D, Finance, Product Planning, Manufacturing, HR, and business organizations to deliver strategic initiatives and commitments.
- Track key actions, decisions, risks, dependencies, and milestones across the Hardware organization and drive timely resolution.
- Establish operating cadences, executive reviews, and governance mechanisms that strengthen accountability and execution.
- Develop program plans, milestones, metrics, dashboards, and executive-level reporting to provide visibility into strategic priorities and progress.
- Partner with senior hardware leadership to drive annual planning, operating reviews, budget management, capital expenditure planning, and workforce planning.
- Serve as a central coordination point across the leadership team, ensuring alignment, follow-through, and execution of high-priority initiatives.
- Develop and maintain leadership operating mechanisms, business reviews, metrics, dashboards, and governance processes.
- Prepare executive presentations, organizational updates, business communications, and leadership review materials for technical and executive audiences.
- Support workforce and organizational planning, including hiring plans, headcount management, resource allocation, organizational health metrics, and investment tracking.
- Develop targeted communications for diverse stakeholder groups around important technology and business initiatives.
- Partner with senior leaders to evaluate and prioritize investments across advanced hardware technology initiatives.
- Provide analytical support for decisions involving programs, headcount, capital, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Develop data-driven insights, financial analyses, and business cases to support technology and investment decisions.
- Monitor emerging technology trends, competitive developments, and market opportunities relevant to the hardware portfolio.
- Support evaluation of external partnerships, licensing opportunities, strategic collaborations, and other initiatives that complement the organization's technology roadmap.
This is a high-visibility strategic leadership role with significant influence over technology investments, organizational priorities, operating effectiveness, and long-term hardware roadmaps.
