Perry, Johnson, Anderson, Miller & Moskowitz, LLP, one of the largest and most respected law firms in North Bay, is seeking a motivated and experienced legal professional to join our Estate Planning Group.

Our practice focuses on sophisticated estate planning for high net worth individuals, families, and business owners. We handle complex wealth transfer strategies, advanced trust planning, and multi-generational estate structures. This is a hands-on role offering immediate responsibility, strong mentorship, and meaningful opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative and highly respected firm.

Compensation
  • $30–$50 per hour, depending on experience
  • Performance-based bonuses

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, edit, and process sophisticated estate planning documents
  • Prepare revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and advanced planning instruments
  • Prepare accountings
  • Prepare and manage court filings
  • Draft substantive correspondence
  • Calendar and track deadlines
  • Coordinate document execution
  • Communicate professionally with clients, financial advisors, experts, and counsel
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys to manage matters from start to conclusion
  • Maintain organized and confidential client files
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an estate planning business or real estate legal secretary or paralegal
  • Strong knowledge of trust structures and estate planning terminology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, proactive, and team-oriented
