We are looking for an experienced Porter to join the team at our community, Santa Rosa, in Wildomar, CA.

• Enhance and maintain the cleanliness of all exterior areas of the property.
• Perform painting and cleaning of apartments and common areas.
• Check and replace exterior lighting as needed.
• Remove litter, debris, and pet droppings from the grounds.
• Remove abandoned furniture, trash, and boxes.
• Detail the property and assist with various physical tasks as directed.
• Assist with "make-ready" duties and cleaning/maintaining storage areas.
• Distribute resident communications and perform work area cleanup and safety-related duties.
• Support additional tasks as required to maintain property standards.

• Must be able to lift heavy items.
• Must be reliable and have excellent transportation.
• Must have general maintenance skills.

• $19.80 - $20.85/hr DOE
