ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and execution‑focused Advanced Supply Chain Planner to support both day‑to‑day manufacturing operations and new product introduction (NPI) / R&D qualification planning across multiple process areas. This role is accountable for end‑to‑end supply planning and execution
, driving production readiness, supporting qualification builds, and ensuring on‑time delivery for both production and development programs.

- Develop, review, and maintain supply chain plans to support production, NPI, and R&D builds.
- Perform regular plan reviews to balance supply and demand and identify execution risks.
- Proactively escalate constraints, shortages, and capacity limitations using data‑driven analysis.
- Create, release, and manage work orders supporting both production manufacturing and qualification activities.
- Manage weekly and daily production release priorities to ensure accurate job flow and execution.
- Write, manage, and track qualification and NPI work orders across all applicable process areas.
- Support production and technology transfers between organizations, ensuring readiness of routings, resources, and systems.
- Execute buying activities including purchase requisitions, PO placement, and supplier coordination to support production and NPI demand.
- Partner with Procurement and Buyers to ensure timely procurement aligned to planning priorities.
- Support sourcing alignment and lead‑time considerations during NPI and R&D planning phases.
- Coordinate and execute new part setups, including BOMs, routings, and planning parameters.
- Ensure accurate and complete master data in ERP and MES systems to support execution.
- Validate system readiness prior to production and qualification releases.
- Provide planning direction to manufacturing and operations teams to execute supply plans.
- Lead weekly operations and schedule reviews with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain stakeholders.
- Serve as a primary interface between planning, manufacturing, engineering, and procurement teams.
- Own and communicate commit dates and delivery expectations for production and qualification parts.
- Provide clear, timely status updates to internal customers and downstream partners.
- Support customer and stakeholder requests with accurate, data‑backed responses.
- Analyze planning and execution data to support informed decision‑making.
- Act as a superuser in ERP and MES systems, supporting troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy, execution efficiency, and cross‑functional alignment.
- Maintain planning documentation, job aids, and process workflows for production and NPI activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
