Position Details- 100% onsite at 1400 Fountaingrove Pkwy;
Santa Rosa, CA 95403. - Work Schedule/
Hours:
Monday thru Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM (PST). - 23-months contract.
This position is in the semiconductor Reliability Lab in Santa Rosa, California. We manufacture integrated circuit packages in support of our internal and external customers. You will be part of a team that processes IC packages through stress testing and record keeping; and will work closely with engineering, maintenance, trainers and other operators.
DutiesThough you will be part of a team, you will be working independently to actively achieve the output and quality goals set for the area. The scope and complexity of your work will be based on your existing knowledge and capabilities as well as how fast you can acquire new skills. In the reliability lab operators have several job tasks including preparing packages for testing, handling delicate products from test stations (heated pipes) to record keeping stations, carrying out all required stress tests and data collections on a strict time schedule specific to each product.
Reliability lab operators are responsible for accurately capturing the data used by the engineering team to make decisions about the long-term quality of a particular IC or Diode over time.
- High School Diploma.
- Understanding and working knowledge of electrical components.
- The ability to work in an Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) environment.
- The ability to work in a multi-disciplined, cross-departmental environment.
- Ability to follow a set schedule of tasks for multiple products (multi-task).
- Ability to navigate specialized computer programs for testing.
- Ability to do work under a microscope.
- Understanding of common software programs and 10key data entry.
- Desire to maintain high quality production.
- Ability to handle delicate products.
- Ability to collaborate and work with a team.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast passed environment where priorities are dictated by customer demand.
- Ability to flex work schedule to meet business needs.
- This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position is $20.19/hour - $26.92/hour W-2.
