Responsibilities Role SummaryThe IC Fab Supervisor‑Night Shift is a front‑line operations leader responsible for safe, disciplined, and efficient execution of IC fabrication on their assigned shift. This role owns shop‑floor control, operator performance, pass‑down quality, and real‑time problem solving to meet production, quality, and turn‑around time (TAT) commitments.
The Supervisor is accountable for translating Fab Ops priorities into clear daily execution, enforcing standard work, and developing operators through structured training and coaching. Success in this role is measured by stable operations, predictable output, strong shift handoffs, and a highly engaged team.
Shift Schedule- • The IC Fab operates on a four‑shift (A/B/C/D) compressed workweek schedule to support continuous 24/7 operations.
- • Each shift is 12 hours in duration
