Production Supervisor for Injection Molding Key Accountabilities

- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Support and develop employees through counseling and motivation.
- Manage employee schedules, sick/vacation time, and job assignments.
- Recognize and correct any production inefficiencies.
- Follow schedule to meet On Time Delivery expectations.
- Ensure that mold protection settings are consistently at the lowest pressure setting while running productions.
- Ensure that the mold parting line is maintained and free of debris at all times by employees.
- Support IQMS activities.
- Support ISO standards.
- Actively seek system/process improvements.
- Demonstrate good communication skills to all levels of employees.
- Recognize, report, and correct any safety issues.
- Responsible for the supervisory activities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
- Responsible for the overall supervision, coordination, performance and evaluation of employees.
- Responsibilities include meeting company goals and metrics, participating in interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; rewarding and disciplining employees.

- Possess a minimum of 5 years experience of processing and troubleshooting skills
- Possesses working knowledge and understanding of molding operations.
- Leader who is able to make decisions when appropriate.
- Experienced in good manufacturing practices, quality initiatives and programs.
- Ability to encourage and build a team oriented work environment.
- Possess Injection Molding processing skills.
$25hr-$30hr Depending on Experience
