The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling high-quality medical devices in accordance with approved work instructions, SOPs, and quality requirements within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role supports production activities, identifies line issues, and contributes to continuous improvement efforts.

** Contract** (6 Months)

** Sonoma County, California*
* ** Monday-Thursday:
** 5am-3:30pm. (4 x10 hour shifts)

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Assemble medical device products using small hand tools, microscopes, test fixtures, and measurement equipment.

+ Follow safety rules, GMP/GDP requirements, and company policies at all times.

+ Maintain clean room and controlled environment practices, including proper gowning and contamination control.

+ Perform in-process quality checks and promptly report quality or process issues.

+ Identify and report nonconforming materials or sub-assemblies to supervisors or engineering.

+ Accurately complete production documentation and electronic system entries.

+ Work with supervisors, engineers, and technicians to resolve line issues and support process improvements.

+ Participate in Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement activities.

+ Rotate between workstations while maintaining consistent quality.

** Qualifications*
* + High School Diploma or equivalent

+ Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience (medical device preferred)

+ Experience working with small components, adhesives, and microscopes

+ Clean room experience preferred

+ Basic math and English communication skills

+ Ability to read and follow work instructions and drawings
