Precision Micro-Deburr Specialist
Hourly pay: $24/hr
Worksite: Electronics Testing and Measurement Company (Santa Rosa, CA 95403 - Onsite)
Employment: W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
Hours & assignment: 40 hours/week, 23 Month Assignment
A leading technology company is seeking a Precision Micro-Deburr Specialist
. The successful candidate will be integral to ensuring the highest levels of precision, care, and quality in our products. The company offers a family-oriented culture and environment!
- Remove the micro burrs on milled and/or turned parts following existing procedures.
- Develop new procedures and techniques with the aid of machinists and engineers.
- Operate a heat treat furnace following existing processes and procedures.
- Inspect incoming parts for quality and adherence to part specifications.
- Use equipment such as a bead blaster to obtain appropriate finishes.
- Ability to sit and look through a microscope for long periods of time.
- Detail-oriented with the highest standards of quality.
- High dexterity to manipulate small objects.
- Excellent eye-hand coordination.
- Flexibility upon priority changes.
- Knowledge of machining processes is a plus.
- Willingness to question anything that doesn’t make sense or may be in error.
