A leading electronics testing company is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Support (Night) to support thin film circuit production within a precision manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for fabrication, testing, and separation processes, operating specialized manufacturing equipment, handling delicate substrates and circuits, and ensuring product quality and consistency for both internal and external customers.
Manufacturing Operations Support (Night) Responsibilities- Perform fabrication, test, and separation activities for thin film circuits while maintaining strict adherence to quality standards, process specifications, and production requirements.
- Operate manufacturing equipment such as masking, etching, bonding, probe stations, microscopes, and camera systems for setup, processing, inspection, and visual verification.
- Handle delicate substrates and circuit materials with precision, ensuring proper movement, processing, and protection of sensitive components.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, trainers, operators, and coordinators to support production goals, maintain product quality, and address manufacturing concerns.
- Follow ESD procedures, quality protocols, and detailed work instructions while contributing to a safe, efficient, and continuously improving manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work in an ESD-controlled manufacturing environment.
- Experience handling delicate materials, circuits, substrates, or other precision components requiring strong manual dexterity.
- Ability to work with small parts while maintaining high levels of accuracy and quality.
- Proficient in computer skills and the ability to work with manufacturing systems and equipment interfaces.
- Experience with microscopes, electronics manufacturing, semiconductor manufacturing, thin film processes, or precision assembly is a plus.
- Night shift: 10:00 am to 6:30 am.
