Key Accountabilities
- Work order compliance
- Maintain cleanroom procedures
- Supply inventory
- Data / Paperwork
- Visually inspect, prepare, wash, and package medical devices in the cleanroom environment per work instructions.
- Follow all required cleanroom procedures for garbing, cleaning, and safety.
- Strictly adhere to rules and protocols that shield products from exposure to particles, dirt, allergens, and other contaminates in order to maintain a sterile environment.
- Responsible for meeting the standards for efficiencies, scrap, and safety.
- Execute and maintain scheduling due dates.
- Recognize and correct any issues within the setup process.
- Obtain daily production objectives by meeting job efficiency standards (Parts Per Hour).
- Comply with department and company SOPs.
- Properly complete all required production documentation.

- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior manufacturing and/or production experience a plus.
- Prior cleanroom experience a plus.
- Willingness to work full time in a cleanroom environment.
- Ability to work and grow in a team‑oriented work environment.
- Good written and oral communication.
- Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods; stooping, reaching, bending on occasion.
- Ability to lift, push and pull 40 lbs.
$18.21/hr + 5% Shift Differential
