• Support engineering and Custom Colors Solutions activities such as design, test, check‑out, modification, fabrication, and assembly of prototype materials.
• Track, collect and report data to internal teams and Engineering.
• Learn and operate measurement devices or specialized test equipment.
• Follow work instructions and direction from Engineering and Sales & Marketing.
• Maintain proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize as directed by supervisor.
• Work safely around chemicals, pass respirator fit and breathing tests, and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
• Perform mechanical tasks; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work an 8‑hour shift Monday‑Friday with occasional overtime and light travel.

• High School Diploma.
• Strong background in manufacturing or research and development preferred.
• Knowledge of chemicals, proper PPE usage, and ability to pass respirator testing.
• Strong Word and Excel skills.
• Capacity to work efficiently in small groups.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in the auto trade industry preferred.
• Ability to obtain a Government Clearance preferred.

• Pay range: 23 to 43 (exceptional qualifications, experience and location may influence salary).
