CTE Intern

One‑year internship beginning August 2026 and ending July 2027. Applicants must be 2026 high school graduates.

• Responsible for a variety of duties within a manufacturing environment, including production, materials handling, manufacturing process support, test and rework, and quality inspection.

• Coordinate materials movement, receive, store, and distribute materials, maintain inventory accuracy, manage non‑conformance materials and scrap, perform kitting for production, and interface with the warehouse.

• Set up and adjust equipment or production processes, determine and follow techniques in fabrication, assembly, and testing of assemblies or final products.

• Conduct routine tests of circuits, components, instruments, and assemblies; document results and perform routine repair.

• Inspect sub‑assemblies or final assemblies, interpret prints, manufacturing drawings, diagrams, and lists to approve or reject in‑process or final assemblies.

• Enter data or access information in an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and Shop Floor Control Production/Test tracking system.

• Evaluate assignments, determine required actions to meet work area objectives, and analyze new or customized approaches to meet requirements.

• Solve complex problems involving multiple variables and interrelated processes, procedures, objectives, and plans.

Pay Rate: 21/hour
