We are seeking a
** Medical Device Assembler
** to join a manufacturing team in Santa Rosa. This role involves assembling high-quality medical devices using small components, hand tools, microscopes, and precision equipment

** Santa Rosa, CA

** Pay:** $21-$24/hour

* Schedule:

** Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM-3:30 PM | Optional OT Fridays

** Type:
** 6-month contract with potential for contract-to-hire

** Responsibilities*
* + Assemble medical devices using small hand tools, microscopes, and measurement equipment.

+ Perform in-process quality checks and identify quality or process issues.

+ Follow manufacturing instructions, SOPs, GMP, and GDP requirements.

+ Work with small components in a
** Class 8 cleanroom
** environment.

+ Maintain accurate production and quality records.

+ Support troubleshooting and process improvement activities.

** Qualifications*
* + 1+ year of manufacturing experience; medical device experience is a plus.

+ Experience working with
** small components
** and/or microscopes preferred.

+ Cleanroom experience is a plus.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.

+ Good attendance, communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

+ High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
