Poets&Quants is seeking a Campaign Operations Specialist to manage the execution and delivery of high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns for our business school and partner clients. This role sits at the intersection of operations and client service, ensuring campaigns are delivered seamlessly across multiple formats, from sponsored content and webinars to newsletters, social, and video.
You’ll lead the coordination for our largest campaigns, ensuring timelines, creative assets, and performance metrics are aligned. This is a hands‑on project management and execution role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys balancing organization, creativity, and data.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the execution of multi-component campaigns that include a mix of sponsored content, webinars, videos, email newsletters, display ads, and lead generation.
- Act as the central project coordinator for assigned campaigns — coordinating assets, timelines, and communication between internal stakeholders and the customer success / client facing team.
- Build and launch campaigns in Hub Spot, Word Press, Ad Manager, QA all deliverables for quality and accuracy (including, landing pages, e‑blasts, display ads, newsletter placements, sponsored listings, lead generation and more)
- Develop and maintain standardized campaign processes, including checklists, timelines, and reporting templates.
- Collaborate with the Client Partner Associate on project status, campaign optimization, and client updates.
- Track performance and provide Client Partner Associate reporting metrics, dashboards, and fulfillment documentation.
- Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, automation, and campaign quality across the Commercial and Operations teams.
- 3+ years experience in marketing campaign execution, ad operations, or project management (media, B2B, or digital publishing experience preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
- Hands‑on experience with marketing automation tools (Hub Spot, Word Press or similar) and familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborative team player who can bridge creative, technical, and business functions.
- Comfortable learning new digital systems and process improvements.
- Digital savvy, stays on top of current trends and tech, interest in digital technology.
- Be a self‑directed learner, and have experience working remotely, self‑managing time, etc.
