Marketing Specialist

• Assist in managing relationships with affiliate partners, including email list owners and media buyers
• Monitor daily affiliate lead volume, pacing, and performance metrics
• Support onboarding, setup, and documentation of new affiliate partners
• Track spend against approved budgets and flag discrepancies
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, compliance) to resolve questions or discrepancies

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in direct to consumer marketing, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and performance data
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Experience or familiarity with Everflow, Invoca, and Google tools (Sheets, Docs, basic analytics)
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
