Shift: Day – 5x8s (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM); occasional shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Float: Yes – may float to Main PACU if needed

• Minimum 1 year RN experience
• Active California RN License (Pending accepted)
• First-time travelers welcome
• RTO:
  No more than 7 days

• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS (Preferred)
• Epic charting experience

Acute Care Facility, Outpatient Pre Op & PACU (Phase I & II), 4 rooms | Avg. 10 cases per day.

Patient Population:
Adolescents, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics. All outpatient surgical cases (patients discharged home same day).

First-time travelers accepted.

Monday – Friday schedule. No weekends, no holidays, no call.

Pre Op & Phase I/II PACU recovery.

• Pre-op assessment & education
• PACU Phase I & II recovery

• Pain management & RASS scoring
• Malignant Hyperthermia Protocol
• Insulin & hyperglycemia/hypoglycemia protocols
