Job Opportunity – Electrophysiology (EP) Lab RN – Northern California

Start Date: April 6, 2026
Location: Santa Rosa, California
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, day shift, 4 ten-hour shifts ), no call required

Highlights:

• Work in a specialized Electrophysiology Lab with a 1:1 patient ratio
• 4-day work week with consistent day shift hours and three-day weekends
• Experience with advanced EP procedures including cardiac ablation, mapping, AICD programming, and LAA closure
• Epic charting system in a community hospital setting
• 32 hours of orientation to support your transition
• Collaborative environment with full interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams

Requirements:

• Active California RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience
• Previous charge nurse experience required
• Scrub experience in the EP Lab setting – required (hard stop)
• Epic charting system experience required
• Community hospital experience required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Documented experience with EP procedures including arrhythmia induction, cardiac ablation, cardiac mapping, cardioversion, pacemaker insertion, and related interventions
• Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering at least 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty
• Willingness to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
• Must reside outside 50-mile local radius
