Schedule:

Monday through Thursday, day shift, 4 ten-hour shifts ), no call required Highlights:
Work in a specialized Electrophysiology Lab with a 1:1 patient ratio 4-day work week with consistent day shift hours and three-day weekends

Experience with advanced EP procedures including cardiac ablation, mapping, AICD programming, and LAA closure Epic charting system in a community hospital setting 32 hours of orientation to support your transition Collaborative environment with full interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams Requirements:
Active California RN license required at time of submission Minimum 5 years of nursing experience Previous charge nurse experience required Scrub experience in the EP Lab setting – required (hard stop) Epic charting system experience required Community hospital experience required Current ACLS and BLS certifications Documented experience with EP procedures including arrhythmia induction, cardiac ablation, cardiac mapping, cardioversion, pacemaker insertion, and related interventions Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering at least 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty Willingness to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) Must reside outside 50-mile local radius Why It's a Great Opportunity:
