Location: Albuquerque, NM

We are seeking a Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (T-LPN) for a night-shift contract assignment in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. The LPN will deliver direct patient care, support clinical operations, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality resident outcomes.

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes
• Accurately document care, medications, and observations
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and facility policies
• Promote a safe, clean, and supportive care environment

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Experience in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care preferred
• Ability to work overnight shifts
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
