LOCUM - General Surgery APP

We are seeking 1-2 qualified providers to assist with urgent coverage in Santa Rosa from June 1st to August 31st. Providers should have at least 2 weeks on/2 weeks off availability or more. Shifts will be 10 hours each (8 am - 6 pm).

Candidates must have a PA-C with general surgery experience or be NPs with an ACNP credential and be nationally certified. Please ensure bids reflect guaranteed hours of 8 per day, with overtime applying after 8 hours.

Requirements:

• Active CA license and CA DEA
• Board Certified in Surgery or eligible with 3-5 years of residency experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• For NPs: ACNP credential and national certification

• Not reimbursed: mileage from home to departure airport and from airport to home, ride shares/taxi from home to airport and from airport to home
• Reimbursed: airport parking if driving oneself, pre-approved rental car insurance, ride shares/taxi at destination from airport to lodging, lodging to hospital, and return trips

• An updated CV with all hospital affiliations must be uploaded during presentation
• Ensure provider has all required documents for privileging to prevent delays
