Shift / Schedule: Day shift, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

Case Management position for a Registered Nurse with 2 years of experience. This is a travel/contract nursing role in case management at Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital.

• Float between units as needed based on operational requirements
• Work scheduled weekends (2 weekends every 6 weeks)
• Perform case management duties in accordance with facility standards

• 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• First-time travelers accepted with clinical supervisor approval

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required

• Floating required between units based on patient care needs
• Weekend work required (2 weekends every 6 weeks)
• Call-in not required
• Free parking available
• Epic charting system used
