PRN RN Field Assessor
We are hiring a PRN RN Field Assessor to join our team in Santa Rosa, CA. In this role you will complete long‑term care insurance assessments, gathering claimant demographics, physician information, current medication lists, and evaluating functional independence.
ResponsibilitiesThe assessment process includes a brief cognitive screening, evaluating the claimant’s ability to perform ADL and IADL tasks, and documenting findings in a web‑based application in real time. You must be able to work independently and use technology such as a laptop or tablet.
Required Qualifications- Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice
- Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client
- 1+ years of RN experience
- Able to work independently
- Good communication, writing, and organizational skills
This position is not eligible for benefits. Pay ranges from $41.20 to $61.85 per hour based on full‑time employment and is adjusted for local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications.
