Description
Providence Medical Group in conjunction with Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital is seeking an inpatient Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to join their team in Santa Rosa, California. This part‑time position (0.75 FTE) involves providing consultative services and collaborating with hospitalists, intensivists, and specialty services for patient care in high‑needs communities across Santa Rosa Memorial, Petaluma Valley Hospital, Healdsburg Hospital, and other regional facilities.
The ideal candidate is a strong team player with experience working with interdisciplinary teams, comfortable with independent practice, and an excellent communicator.
- Provide inpatient palliative care consults and collaborate with hospitalists, intensivists, and specialty teams.
- Support patients and families experiencing serious illness in a collaborative, coordinated care environment.
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner with palliative care specialization or demonstrated experience in palliative care.
- Experience working in interdisciplinary teams and comfortable with independent practice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Part‑time 0.75 FTE
- Flexible scheduling involving some weekends
- 100% inpatient
- No call
- Competitive compensation ($160,115–$192,069 per year) with a 2‑year salary guarantee, comprehensive benefits package and 5–6 weeks per year of time away from practice for vacation, holiday, and CME.

- Additional compensation may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other cash compensation.
