Position: Nurse Manager - Outpatient Surgery - Full Time Day

Nurse Manager
- Outpatient Surgery located in Santa Rosa, CA. This position is full time and will work day shifts. Provides an optimal practice environment that ensures the delivery of quality patient care. Responsible for planning, directing, and managing the nursing care delivered to a designated patient population. Oversees the 24-hour operation of the patient care unit with accountability for leadership, overall fiscal management, staffing, planning, organizing, and controlling.

Role models proactive, collaborative working relationships across all hospital functions in an interdisciplinary approach to patient care. Develops programs, policies, procedures, and standards of care to ensure patients’ nursing care needs are assessed, evaluated, and met.

Hiring Bonus: $10,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Required Qualifications
  • California Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire
  • 2 years of recent clinical experience
  • Computer experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • Specialty certificate based on unit upon hire
  • 2 years of management experience
  • 5 years of clinical experience
