Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner – Hematology/Oncology (Santa Rosa)

Providence Medical Group seeks a passionate physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join a collaborative practice model alongside skilled medical oncologists in Santa Rosa, CA. This role involves coordinating care for a diverse array of complex patients in an outpatient/inpatient setting within a comprehensive oncology center.

• Coordinate and manage patient care for complex oncology patients.

• Collaborate with medical oncologists, support staff, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Participate in tumor boards for four disease states.

• Physician assistant or nurse practitioner with board certification.

• 2 years of oncology experience preferred.

• Ability to work in a team‑based practice with excellent support staff.

• Supports H‑1B visa candidates (if needed).

• 0.8 FTE position
• Compensation $160,115 – $192,069 per year (base with potential bonuses)
• Quality bonus potential up to $10,000
• Compensation may include productivity bonuses, call stipends, shift incentives
