Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA)

Salary: $24.00 - $28.00 hourly

Schedule: 32-40 hours per week, rotating schedule (6:00am‑2:30pm and/or 10:00am‑6:30pm)

Valid RNA Certificate required.

• Plan, implement, and oversee restorative care services, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with various departments for effective restorative care planning and execution.
• Establish and maintain standards, policies, and procedures for restorative care delivery.
• Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and discharge planning related to restorative care.
• Provide guidance and training to restorative care personnel and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.

• Must possess a current license from an approved CNA program.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a CNA in long‑term care.
• Previous training in rehabilitation and restorative therapy practice preferred.
