OR RN; Registered Nurse in Clearlake, CA

Capstone Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated OR RN (Registered Nurse) to join our team in Clearlake, CA, supporting one of our valued hospital partners in the operating room.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care to surgical patients, ensuring safety, comfort, and high-quality outcomes before, during, and after surgery.

• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical technologists, and other interdisciplinary team members to prepare the operating room.
• Verify surgical consents, perform patient assessments, and implement individualized care plans.
• Circulate and, when applicable, scrub for a variety of surgical procedures based on experience.
• Manage sterile technique, administer medications as ordered, and monitor patient status.
• Document accurately in the EMR and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
• Uphold rigorous infection control and patient safety standards.
• Participate in pre‑ and post‑operative patient education.
• Support smooth case flow by assisting with patient positioning, instrument and equipment checks, and turnover between cases.
