Experience with ambulatory OR, ankle fusion, anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, colporrhaphy, appendectomy, arthroscopy, arthrotomy, breast augmentation, bunionectomy, carpal tunnel release, cataract extraction/implant, cholecystectomy, circumcision, closed reduction of fractures, cystoscopy, dilation & curettage, electrosurgical units, endoscopic sinus procedures, fiber optic light sources/cords, general OR, hallux vagus arthroplasty/arthrodesis, hernia repair (inguinal/umbilical), infection control, laparoscopic assisted cases and gynecological procedures, laser safety, mastectomy with tram flap reconstruction, mastoidectomy/tympanoplasty/stapedectomy, metatarsal surgery, myringotomy with tubes, open reduction of fractures, radiation safety, septoplasty/rhinoplasty, specimen handling/labeling, tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy, transurethral resection of prostate, universal protocol (time out) procedures, urinary bladder catheterization, wound management - Additional Information:
Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby the contracted facility. Refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours. Must be willing to work two out of three major holidays:
Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. - Certifications:
Two references covering one year (six months for CNAs) within the last three years are required prior to start. - Vaccinations: COVID-19 vaccine not required; flu vaccine status unknown.
