Develop, implement, coordinates, and evaluate clinical treatment programs for diagnosis, treatment, and/or referral of Health Plan members with acute or chronic mental illness;
Provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families and groups;
Instruct and counsel patients and their families regarding compliance with prescribed therapeutic regimens and adherence to prescribed medication regimens;
Prepare intake summaries, treatment plans, and case summaries and maintain ongoing confidential records;
Collaborate with physicians and other care providers to screen and evaluate patients for psychotropic medications
