Nurse Manager
- Float Pool position located at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital in Santa Rosa, CA. This position is Full Time, 8-hour Day shifts.

Provides an optimal practice environment that ensures the delivery of quality patient care. Responsible for planning, directing and managing the nursing care delivered to a designated patient population. Oversees the 24-hour operation of the patient care unit with accountability for leadership, overall fiscal management, staffing, planning, organizing and controlling.

• California Registered Nurse License
• National Provider BLS
  - American Heart Association
• 2 years Recent clinical experience.
• Computer experience.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Specialty certificate based on unit.
• 2 years Management experience.
• 5 years Clinical experience.

$89.73 - $141.64 per hour. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
