Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

ICU Registered Nurse - Travel

Schedule:

Weekends:
Required — every other weekend

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 26 weeks

  Facility may call off once per two-week pay period

Requirements:

• License:
  Valid RN license in hand
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2 years RN experience in an ICU setting with trauma level II experience
• Certifications:
  
  ACLS, BLS (copy required at submission)
• EMR:
  Experience with Epic charting system required
• Skills:
  
  Core ICU skills including ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, vasoactive drip titration
• Blood product administration and post-op care

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in an ICU setting.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions and responses to treatment.
• Administer medications and IV therapy as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Document all patient care activities accurately in the electronic medical record.

Compliance / Notes:

• Orientation: 40 hours
• Pre-approved time off: 1 day (per contract)
• Scrub color:
  Royal blue or navy blue for RNs
