Registered Nurse - Acute Rehabilitation
This is a 13-week contract position.
Day shift, 5x8 hours (08:30 - 17:00). Schedule may vary between Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday.
We are seeking a Registered Nurse with experience in acute rehabilitation or a willingness to float to the acute rehab unit with appropriate orientation. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to adults and geriatric patients in a dynamic acute care environment.
Deliver compassionate nursing care to patients in the acute rehabilitation unit.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing treatment plans as necessary.
Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Document patient care in the Epic charting system.
Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience required.
Previous charge experience preferred.
Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of employment, with a preference for candidates with Epic charting experience.
Must be able to float between similar units as needed.
