Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Care
This is a 13-week contract position.
Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 15:30 or 07:30 - 16:00 with three call shifts in a two-week period.
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Cardiac Care unit, you will provide exceptional nursing care to adult and geriatric patients. You will be responsible for a variety of advanced clinical procedures and interventions, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patient condition and progress.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist in various cardiac interventions and procedures.
- Provide educational support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on patient care plans.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience with charge experience preferred.
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS.
- Prior experience with Epic charting system is mandatory.
- Must possess a valid state RN license (compact license acceptable).
