- Duration: 13 weeks
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Call Requirement: Weekend and weekday call coverage as needed
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,520 - $2,650
- Orientation: 40 hours
- Patient Population: Adults and geriatrics
- Charting System: Epic
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience required
- Previous experience in a high-acuity cardiovascular, CVOR, or procedural nursing environment strongly preferred
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Epic charting experience required
- Trauma Level II experience required
- Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced procedural setting
- Provide expert perioperative and cardiovascular nursing care for patients undergoing interventional procedures
- Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, including catheterizations and related treatments
- Monitor patients throughout procedures, including hemodynamic status and response to sedation
- Support safe sterile technique, equipment preparation, and procedural workflow in a high-acuity care environment
- Collaborate closely with physicians, surgical staff, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure efficient, high-quality patient outcomes
- Document patient care accurately in Epic and follow established clinical and safety standards
- Participate in call coverage and contribute to smooth coverage for evening, weekend, and urgent cases
