American Traveler is hiring an experienced Labor & Delivery RN for a night shift assignment requiring a CA RN license and NRP certification.
Details- Labor & Delivery unit within a hospital setting
- 13-week assignment with 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- 36 hours per week
- Uses Epic EMR
- Active CA RN license required at time of consideration (no pending licenses accepted)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- BLS certification required
- Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
- Minimum 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years
- BSN or related nursing degree preferred
- 5+ years of recent Labor and Delivery experience within the last 2 years preferred
- 1 year of high-risk Labor and Delivery experience within the last 2 years preferred
- High-risk OB experience preferred
- Provide direct patient care in the Labor and Delivery unit
- Local candidates accepted at the same rate as travel positions
