LOCATION:

BASE SALARY: $167,974 to $265,150

• Experience working in an RN hospital leadership role, such as Charge RN, Assistant Nurse Manager, or Nurse Manage
• At least two (2) years of experience working as an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) in an acute care hospital setting
• The salary range is very wide and salary would be dependent on experience.

Nurse Manager - MAIN OR. This position is Full-Time and will work 8-hour Day shifts.

• Provides an optimal practice environment that ensures the delivery of quality patient care.
• Responsible for planning, directing and managing the nursing care delivered to a designated patient population.
• Oversees the 24-hour operation of the patient care unit with accountability for leadership, overall fiscal management, staffing, planning, organizing and controlling.
• Role models proactive, collaborative working relationships across all hospital functions in an interdisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Develops programs, policies, procedures, and standards of care to ensure patients' nursing care needs are assessed, evaluated and met.

  California Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire:
  National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
• 2 years of recent clinical experience

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing
• Upon hire:
  Specialty certificate based on unit
• 5 years of clinical experience
• 2 years of management experience
