Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN OR – Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Santa Rosa, California.
Job SummaryOperating Room (OR) – Santa Rosa, CA. The OR position supports surgical services across multiple specialties with an emphasis on ambulatory procedures and general OR case support. This role requires readiness to work variable shifts, primarily beginning around 8:30 am. Candidates must bring their California state license on the first day.

- California state RN license (valid or pending license acceptable)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Epic charting experience
- Minimum 1 year of operating room experience
- Must submit SSN, DOB, and return‑to‑work details at time of submission
- Epic charting experience
- Willingness to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
- May need to float within the facility or to nearby affiliated facilities; refusal may result in termination of assignment or forfeiture of guaranteed hours
- Return staff policy requires returning within 3 months as a traveler (if applicable)
- Housing availability may be limited; confirm housing options prior to start
- Modules are non‑billable (average 16 hours, completed pre‑start and annually). Over 20 hours requires approval; completion is recorded in Workramp transcripts
- References: 2 references covering 1 year within the last 3 years during the compliance process and prior to start
