Our privately owned small animal hospital is seeking a full‑time Associate DVM who wants to practice high‑quality medicine in a collaborative, low‑drama environment where patient care comes first.
About Our PracticeWe are a well‑established, community‑focused small animal hospital providing comprehensive care including:
- Preventative medicine
- Dentistry
- Soft tissue surgery
- Digital radiography
- In‑house diagnostics
- Ultrasound

Our support team is experienced, engaged, and genuinely enjoys working together. We have excellent team retention. We prioritize:
- Longer appointment times

This is not a high‑volume burnout environment.
You will see on average 8‑10 cases per day.
Mentorship & Growth (New Grads Welcome)We provide structured mentorship including:
- Gradual schedule build‑up
- Case review discussions
- Surgical mentoring
- Open‑door policy for questions
- Regular feedback meetings
You will not be “thrown into” a packed schedule on day one.
We are looking for someone who:

We offer:
- Competitive base salary ($125/hr) ($260,000K based on a full time 40 hour week)
- CE allowance + CE days

Schedule & Work-Life Balance- Full‑time schedule (4–5 days/week)
