Quality Technician (Swing Shift)
- Hourly Pay: $35/hr

A leading electronics testing company is seeking a Quality Technician (Swing Shift) to support metrology operations by performing precision mechanical and optical measurements to ensure the quality of manufactured components.
Quality Technician (Swing Shift) Responsibilities:- Perform mechanical and optical measurements to inspect machined, milled, turned, and other manufactured parts from internal and external sources, including calibration of hand tools, gauges, and calibration kit components.
- Complete inspection and calibration activities while maintaining high workmanship standards and meeting established team goals.
- Access and enter inspection and calibration data into the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and utilize lean methodologies to support daily operations.
- Ensure quality standards are consistently met by exercising discretion, maintaining accuracy, and delivering reliable results in support of metrology laboratory operations.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant quality, inspection, or metrology experience.
- Experience operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) with optical measurement techniques preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), blueprint reading, and mechanical metrology hand tools.
- Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Strong Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) background is preferred.
- Swing Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
