Manage all restaurant functions during opening, mid, or closing shifts, including hiring, training, and supervising the team to deliver Gold Standard guest service.;
Oversee daily operations including opening/closing duties, briefings, inventory, and compliance with safety and sanitation standards.;
Lead food and beverage execution: monitor quality, conduct inventories, receive orders, and perform quarterly food reviews.;
Coach and develop team members, handle performance management and guest relations/guest recovery.;
Ensure local marketing, community involvement, and adherence to company policies and disciplinary actions.
