The Fountaingrove Club is thrilled to announce an exciting career opportunity for a Restaurant Floor Manager. We're seeking passionate hospitality professionals who excel in delivering outstanding service and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

This role offers the chance to lead a dedicated team, elevate guest experiences, and grow within a premier private club setting.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 BOE

Position Responsibilities:

* Daily supervision of restaurant operations

* Manages daily paperwork

* Oversees daily restaurant activities to include serving tables, bussing tables, seating guests, and general clerical/cashier duties

* Supervises bartender, server, host, and other employees in the restaurant

* Develops relationships with the members and guests to personalize and anticipate service needs

* Must be on the floor during busy mealtimes and required to close the bar and restaurant

* Ensures that the restaurant and restaurant facilities are kept clean, well-stocked and organized Maintains cost controls and conducts monthly inventory

* Responsible for overall guest satisfaction

* Complies with applicable health, alcoholic beverage, fire, and other local/state laws

* Closing procedures and appropriate cash handling practices

* Incorporates safe work practices in job performance

* Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Food and Beverage and Restaurant Manager

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skill Requirements:

* Must have 1+ years of related experience in Food and Beverage

* Experience in a Gaming environment preferred

* We are looking for an outgoing and dynamic leader, who can motivate and mentor the team while improving overall guest satisfaction

* Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

* Knowledge of pertinent health regulations and liquor laws

* Must be highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented

* Must have exceptional interpersonal skills

Working Conditions:

* Physical activity including long periods (8 hours) of standing, walking, and bending

* The employee will be required regularly to reach with arms and hands

* The employee occasionally will be required to lift up to 30lbs.

* Must be able to work extended hours during golf and holiday season

* Must be able to work weekends and holidays

* Regular and reliable attendance required
